Yes! We understand that this is a large investment in your business. We accept a variety of payment options based on your needs.

The standard payment structure is a 30% deposit to reserve your start date on our calendar, 35% paid during your project, and the remaining 35% is due at project completion before final files are delivered. 

Put simply, no. We strongly believe a brand is so much more than just a logo. A great deal of care and attention goes into crafting a strategic brand identity. For this reason, we only offer a complete branding experience. 

In order to create a successful website that fully represents your brand and speaks to your audience, it is important to have a solid brand identity established. For this reason, we do not take on any website-only projects without initial branding in place. If you're in need of a brand, check out our minimalist branding package. 

If you already have branding and are interested in working with us on your website, please indicate this when you fill out the contact from. 

The branding process takes 1 week, website only projects take 1-2 weeks depending on whether you'd like a custom or semi-custom build. The custom brand & web design process takes around 2-3 weeks.

You must have completed all prep work BEFORE the start of the project, including questionnaires, website copy, photos, etc.

I recommend starting the content collection process 3-4 weeks before your start date to ensure we are all set when your design date arrives.

You will be responsible for paying for the following:

- Domain + web hosting subscription 
- Font licenses
- Copywriting
- Email hosting
- Brand photography
- Image licensing (if applicable)
- Plugin licensing (if applicable)
